All financial contributions made through this Site are voluntary donations intended to support the marine and terrestrial conservation causes of the comprehensive strategy promoted by Nado por las Ballenas A.C. As voluntary contributions, donations do not represent the purchase of a direct commercial good or service.

3. Payment Processing

To guarantee the security and transparency of your contributions, financial transactions made on this Site are protected. Payments will be processed through the Openpay gateway. By making a donation, you accept the terms and conditions of use of said payment processing platform. Nado por las Ballenas A.C. does not store your confidential credit or debit card data on its own servers.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since the transactions carried out correspond to donations for charitable causes, as a general rule refunds are not issued once the charge has been successfully processed. In case of duplicate charges due to a system error, the donor must contact contacto@nadoporlasballenas.org or call 5610741877 within a period not exceeding 5 business days to request a review and, where appropriate, the return of the duplicate amount.

5. Use of Information and Intellectual Property

All visual and textual content on this site, including photographs, logos, and campaigns, is the property of Nado por las Ballenas A.C. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
